Mitch White Picks Up Loss As Opener
3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers pitcher Mitch White tossed four innings as the Dodgers opener on Thursday versus the Philadelphia Phillies. White was recalled from Triple-A Oklahoma City on Thursday to make the start and allowed three hits, two runs, three walks and struck out four. White has now started two games as an opener, but has mainly worked out of the bullpen. White has been shuttled between Triple-A Oklahoma City and the Dodgers this season and can be avoided in all formats. He is now 0-1 with a 3.86 ERA in 28 innings.
