Miles Sanders Underwhelming During Victory
2 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders carried the ball 15 times for 58 yards and added two receptions on three targets for six yards during the team's 20-17 victory over the Arizona Cardinals. The 25-year-old recorded his second-lowest yards per carry total of the season, ultimately underwhelming fantasy managers considering Arizona was surrendering the ninth-most fantasy points per game to the position coming into the game. The good news, Sanders continued to be the clear lead back, securing 15 of the 18 carries given to all Eagles running backs. The fourth-year back will face a stiff Dallas defense in Philadelphia next week. While Sanders will get the majority of carries, he will need to be more efficient and try to sneak into the end zone to appease fantasy managers. He should be considered a low-end RB2 in Week 6.
