Miles Sanders Tallies 155 Yards, Scores Twice
2 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders took 17 carries for 144 yards and two touchdowns, adding one reception for 11 yards, during the team's 48-22 victory over the New York Giants. After struggling against a stout Tennessee run defense last week, the 25-year-old bounced back in a big way, putting up his highest rushing yardage total of the season against New York. Sanders has now tallied over 1,000 rushing yards this season, marking the first time he has done so in his four-year career. He is the heart and soul of the Philadelphia backfield and will continue to see high carry counts for the rest of the season. Next week's matchup against the Chicago Bears is perfect for those who need production in the first round of the playoffs. Sanders should be considered a fringe RB1 in Week 15.
