Miles Sanders Quiet During Week 3 Victory
2 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders recorded 15 carries for 46 yards, adding one reception for a one-yard loss, during the team's 24-8 victory over the Washington Commanders. The stat line for the 25-year-old was disappointing considering how good the matchup was, but Philadelphia's passing attack was leading the charge Sunday. Sanders did see 75% of the running back carries, with teammates Kenneth Gainwell and Boston Scott tallying just five in total. The fourth-year back is still the clear leader of the backfield and has brighter days ahead for fantasy purposes. Sanders will face the Jacksonville Jaguars in Philadelphia next week and should be considered an RB2 in that matchup.
