Miles Sanders A Boom-Or-Bust RB2 In Week 17
2 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders will face the New Orleans Saints in Week 17. The 25-year-old has had a rough time the past month for fantasy purposes, finishing as an RB1 once and tallying fewer than 10 total fantasy points over the past two games. Last week against Dallas, he saw plenty of carries but did little with them and committed a crucial fumble late in the game. The volume should be there for Sanders to produce RB2 numbers this week against New Orleans, but he has become more of a boom-or-bust RB2 over the past month rather than a high-end RB2. The Saints defense allows the 14th-fewest fantasy points per game to the running back position, so the matchup should not scare anyone away from starting the fourth-year back. However, unless he finds the end zone, fantasy managers will likely receive mediocre back-end RB2 production from Sanders in Week 17.
