Miles Mikolas Lasts Only Four Innings on Saturday
5 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Miles Mikolas only made it through four innings of work on Saturday against the San Francisco Giants. He allowed five runs (four earned) on six hits. He didn't issue any walks and struck out six. Mikolas gave up a home run and needed 72 pitches to get his 12 outs. Mikolas just hasn't been the pitcher he was last season when he posted a 2.83 ERA, and he'll head into his next start with a 5-9 record and a 4.53 ERA.
