Miles Bridges Could Be In For Massive Contract This Summer
3 years agoCharlotte Hornets small forward Miles Bridges had a breakout year across the board in 2021-22. He averaged 20.2 points and 7.0 rebounds per game while shooting 49.1% from the field. Prior to this season, Bridges declined a four-year $60 million offer from the Hornets. Due to that development, there's speculation that Bridges could receive a massive long-term contract offer from the Hornets this coming summer. Jake Fischer of Bleacher Report suggested that the deal could be something like five years and $173 million. Bridges will be a restricted free agent this summer and the Hornets don't seem likely to let the 24-year-old walk.
