Miles Boykin Heading To Chicago
5 days agoThe Chicago Bears have reached an undisclosed agreement with veteran wide receiver Miles Boykin. Ari Meirov of The 33rd Team reported the news. The 28-year-old split last season on the practice squads of the New York Giants and Seattle Seahawks, though he never made his way to the field. Boykin most recently contributed for the Steelers in 2023, appearing in 17 games, recording three catches for 17 yards on four targets. Though his playing time on offense was minuscule for Pittsburgh, he did play 316 snaps for the squad on special teams (70.07%). Boykin joins his fourth NFL team and will compete for the third WR spot behind returning starters DJ Moore and Rome Odunze. However, he'll likely serve as a special teams asset for Chicago.

Miles Boykin, Denzel Mims Get Workouts With Seahawks
7 months agoFree agent wide receivers Miles Boykin and Denzel Mims worked out for the Seattle Seahawks, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports. The Ravens drafted Boykin in the third round of the 2019 draft and he also spent time with the Steelers. The Jets drafted Mims as a second-rounder in 2020 and he has since spent time with the Lions, Jaguars, and Steelers. With the trio of DK Metcalf, Tyler Lockett, and Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Seattle is pretty set at the top of its wide receiver depth chart but either Boykin or Mims could add to the wide receiver room if given a chance with the Seahawks.

Miles Boykin Signs With Giants
12 months agoThe New York Giants signed free-agent wide receiver Miles Boykin on Tuesday, according to Ari Meirov of the 33rd Team. The former third-round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft out of Notre Dame spent the last two seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers after three years with the Baltimore Ravens. In 73 NFL games, the 27-year-old has hauled in just 38 receptions for 498 yards and seven touchdowns. Although New York has one of the weakest wide receiver groups in the league, it's hard to find a path toward fantasy football success for Boykin based on his lack of productivity to begin his career. In all likelihood, he will be a backup wideout or fail to make the 53-man roster ahead of Week 1.

Jaylen Warren, Miles Boykin Downgraded To Out
2 years agoPittsburgh Steelers running back Jaylen Warren (hamstring) and wide receiver Miles Boykin (oblique) have been downgraded to out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals. Warren amassed 152 scrimmage yards over his last two games entering this week, and he had nine receiving yards before exiting Sunday's game. Benny Snell will operate as the Steelers' No. 2 back in his absence. Boykin, meanwhile, has just one catch this season. He's merely a depth piece for Pittsburgh, so his injury has minimal fantasy implications.
