Mike Yastrzemski Removed With Quad Tightness
3 years agoSan Francisco Giants outfielder Mike Yastrzemski (quad) was removed prior to the third inning of Tuesday's Cactus League game due to right quad tightness. According to
Andrew Baggarly of The Athletic, Yastrzemski's removal was precautionary. Yastrzemski tallied a single, a walk and two runs scored before exiting the game. He was the team's leadoff hitter for Tuesday's game, a batting order position we should see him in often this year. Fantasy managers should keep an eye out for updates on Yastrzemski, but it doesn't sound like the quad injury is anything that will keep him out once the regular season begins.
