Mike Trout Day-To-Day With Hand Injury
3 years agoLos Angeles Angels outfielder Mike Trout (hand) underwent X-rays on his left hand after leaving Sunday's game against the Texas Rangers. According to the Angels, the X-rays turned up negative. He is being considered day-to-day. Trout left the game in the fifth inning after being hit in his left hand by a pitch. After Sunday's game, the Angels are back in action on Monday against the Houston Astros. Stay tuned for updates prior to Monday's game to see if Trout is able to get back on the field. Through nine games this year, the three-time AL MVP is slashing .267/.405/.567 with a pair of home runs.
