2 years agoMiami Dolphins tight end Mike Gesicki should be avoided in most fantasy leagues ahead of Week 14 versus the Los Angeles Chargers. While Gesicki could benefit from injuries to key Chargers defenders, including safety Derwin James (quad), the veteran tight end has been a letdown in 2022 and cannot be trusted to produce top-12-caliber points. For starters, Gesicki has not caught a pass since Week 12 versus the Cleveland Browns. Furthermore, he is extremely touchdown dependent; the 27-year-old has failed to amass more than 5.7 fantasy points during each of the nine games in which he has not caught a touchdown pass.
