Mike Foltynewicz Gives Up Four Runs in Rain-Soaked Loss
6 years agoIt seemed like a couple of things conspired against Atlanta Braves starting pitcher Mike Foltynewicz on Sunday afternoon. The weather kept sending the teams off the field for various rain delays. Also, the Nationals tagged him for four runs in his 5 2/3 innings of work. He struck out five and walked three. His next time on the hill will be against the Dodgers in Atlanta. This is the same Los Angeles team that bludgeoned the Brewers Sunday, 11-2. It might be a good idea to sit him that game.
