Mike Evans Could Bounce Back Against Falcons
3 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans could be in store for a bounce-back against the Falcons in Week 2. Evans saw six targets in a Week 1 shootout with Dallas, though he failed to do much of anything, turning in just three receptions for 24 yards. A matchup with an Atlanta defense that allowed the most fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts last season could be just what Evans needs to get going this year. In 13 career games against the Falcons, the Pro Bowl wideout has totaled 69 catches on 108 targets for 1,062 yards and eight touchdowns. Managers should fire him up as a WR2 with upside to finish as one of the top options at the position in Week 2.
