Mike Clevinger Struggles a Bit on Thursday
7 years agoCleveland Indians starter Mike Clevinger wasn't nearly as dominant on Thursday as he was in his previous start. Facing the Seattle Mariners on Thursday, Clevinger allowed four runs on eight hits and a walk in six innings. He struck out five and managed to escape with a no-decision. It wasn't an awful start by any means, but with the hot start to the season, Clevinger's fantasy owners have come to expect better. He'll start again on Tuesday against the Texas Rangers and will try to bring his 2.56 ERA down even more.
