Mike Clevinger Can't Record An Out
2 years agoSan Diego Padres starting pitcher Mike Clevinger was not able to record a single out in his NLCS Game 4 start against the Philadelphia Phillies. Clevinger gave up three runs on three hits and a walk before being pulled. He has now made two postseason appearances, both starts, and has recorded an ugly 23.63 ERA and 4.50 WHIP with three strikeouts in 2 2/3 innings of work. Should the Padres manage to extend their postseason, the club may reconsider using Clevinger in the rotation.
