Mikal Bridges Scores 31 Points In Game 5 Victory
3 years agoPhoenix Suns small forward Mikal Bridges had a monster game in the team's 112-97 victory over the New Orleans Pelicans in Game 5 on Tuesday. He scored 31 points and filled the stat sheet with five rebounds, four blocks, two assists and a steal. He was extremely efficient in the game, shooting 12-for-17 from the field, 4-for-4 from three-point land and 3-for-3 from the free throw strike. He played nearly the entirety of the game, logging 47 minutes. Bridges hadn't topped 20 points in a single game this series before his Game 5 breakthrough performance. We'll see if he can stay hot in Game 6, which will take place on Thursday.
