Miguel Sano Is Hot Heading Into ALDS
5 years agoMinnesota Twins third baseman Miguel Sano is swinging a hot stick heading into the team's ALDS duel against the Yankees. It has been a roller coaster career for the 26-year-old but the slugger is trending upwards after slashing .288/.395/.671 in the month of September. Over his last 47 games, Sano has 16 home runs and 42 runs batted in. Sano will be a player to watch against Yankees left-handed starter, James Paxton in Game 1. Sano posted a .651 slugging percentage this season against left-handed pitching with 11 home runs in only 109 at-bats.
