Micheal Gillmore Takes The Loss Saturday
3 years agoWith another shot to impress UFC leadership after his stint on The Ultimate Fighter 29, Micheal Gillmore was unable to capitalize on the opportunity on Saturday, taking a third-round TKO loss to teammate Andre Petroski. Through 13:12 of action, Gillmore tallied 31 significant strikes (38 total strikes) but was able to stop just over half of Petroski's takedown attempts, stuffing five of nine tries by his opponent. If we do see Gillmore in the UFC again, he will have to put in some serious work on the regional scene or serve as a very late-notice fill-in.
