Michael Pittman Jr. A Borderline WR2 With New Quarterback
2 years agoIndianapolis Colts wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. will be catching passes from the team's new starting quarterback Nick Foles in Monday's game against the Los Angeles Chargers. The Colts are benching Matt Ryan in favor of Foles for Week 16. After blowing a 33-point lead to the Vikings in Week 15, Indianapolis has seen enough of Ryan and will make the change at quarterback. Pittman has seen double-digit targets in two of the last three weeks, catching 19 passes for 137 yards and a touchdown during those three weeks. The 25-year-old's fantasy value shouldn't take too much of a hit with the quarterback switch to Foles, and Pittman remains a borderline WR2 against the Chargers for Week 16.
