4 years agoMichael McDowell survived all the wrecks to finish third last week at Talladega. It was his first top ten finish since Homestead in February. Based on that result and a few other metrics. McDowell starts from the third position this week at Kansas. In 19 races, the Front Row Motorsports driver has started in the top ten just once. He finished 24th in that race. McDowell likely will be a victim of better running cars around him as the No. 34 expects to slip back into the field.
