3 years agoCincinnati Reds pitcher Michael Lorenzen (shoulder) will begin throwing off the mound next week. The hard-throwing righty has not pitched this season due to a shoulder strain. It sounds like he is progressing in the right direction and could return as early as the end of June. Manager David Bell mentioned that Lorenzen would come out of the bullpen when he does return. Lorenzen wouldn't hold much fantasy value out of the pen unless he pitches in high leverage situations.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
