Michael Conforto Hits First Spring Homer
5 years agoNew York Mets outfielder Michael Conforto connected for his first home run of the spring on Sunday against the Nationals. He is now hitting .267 in Grapefruit League play. In 2019, Conforto had his best season as a major leaguer hitting .257 with 33 HR, 92 RBI, and seven steals. He is currently projected to be the Mets starting right fielder and to hit in the middle of the Mets potent lineup. This will provide Conforto with tremendous protection and opportunity to build off of his great 2019 season. With a current ADP of, roughly, 115, Conforto makes for an excellent second or third outfield draft pick in mixed league formats.
