Michael Carter-Williams Ruled Out For Wednesday’s Game
4 years agoOrlando Magic point/shooting guard Michael Carter-Williams (foot) has been deemed unavailable to suit up Wednesday against Cleveland due to a foot injury that he sustained during Monday's game. Carter-Williams had moved into the starting five with Evan Fournier (back) banged up, with the veteran's absence likely to lead to a larger role for rookie Cole Anthony, no matter whether he starts or not. Having shot just 34.1 percent from the field overall through his first seven games, Carter-Williams has been a DFS-only fantasy asset due to his low price tag. His next chance at suiting up comes Friday versus the Rockets.
