Michael Brantley Remains Out On Monday
3 years agoHouston Astros outfielder Michael Brantley (knee) is out of the starting lineup once again for Monday's game against the Texas Rangers. Jose Siri is getting the start in left field for the game with Yordan Alvarez as designated hitter. Brantley is currently being listed as day-to-day with a knee injury. He first suffered the injury in Saturday's game against the Los Angeles Angels. The 34-year-old veteran is having a strong season, slashing .315/.367/.441 with eight home runs, 45 RBI and 68 runs. We'll see if he's able to get back onto the field for Tuesday's game.
