Michael A. Taylor Hits His 10th Home Run On Wednesday
3 years agoKansas City Royals outfielder Michael A. Taylor notched his first multi-hit game in nearly a month on Wednesday. Facing Lucas Giolito and the Chicago White Sox, Taylor went 2-for-4 with a double, a home run and two runs scored. Through 97 games on the year, Taylor is slashing .238/.297/.364 with 10 home runs, seven stolen bases, 38 RBI and 43 runs. Strikeouts have been a big problem for him this year as his 29.1% strikeout rate ranks in the bottom 9% of the league. He's also been buried in an underwhelming Royals lineup all year, which greatly limits his fantasy appeal.
