Michael A. Taylor Exits Early With Hamstring Injury
1 year agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Michael A. Taylor (hamstring) was removed from Saturday's game against the Texas Rangers with a right hamstring injury. He went 1-for-2 with a two-run double before exiting. Andrew Stevenson replaced Taylor in the fifth inning. The 32-year-old missed two games earlier in the week due to a hamstring issue and appeared to re-aggravate the injury while scoring from second base on a Donovan Solano single. Taylor is considered day-to-day for now, but the injury could warrant a trip to the injured list. Stevenson would see an uptick in at-bats if Taylor were to miss any games.
