6 years agoLos Angeles Chargers running back Melvin Gordon (knee) remained out of practice on Wednesday. The Chargers are holding out hope that Gordon can return to face the Bengals in Week 14, but the star running back isn't off to a good start. LA probably won't even need Gordon to beat the hapless and injured Cincy team either. If you own Gordon, don't count on having him for the first week of the fantasy playoffs. Austin Ekeler failed in his attempt as the lead back last Sunday night, while rookie Justin Jackson looked much better. The two will likely split the workload if Gordon is out again, but Jackson may have more appeal as an RB2 after last week's showing.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
