The Jacksonville Jaguars claimed running back Mekhi Sargent and linebacker Jamir Jones off waivers from the Los Angeles Rams on Monday. The Jaguars need more running back depth after James Robison tore his Achilles in Week 16. Dare Ogunbowale is the favorite to take over lead-back duties for the final two games of the regular season, but Sargent could join the active roster at some point. Behind Ogunbowale, the Jags also have Ryquell Armstead and Nathan Cottrell on their active roster. Sargent has played four offensive snaps in six games with the Tennessee Titans and Rams this year, seeing a combined four carries for nine yards.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
