Max Scherzer Strikes Out Seven On Monday
4 years agoWashington Nationals starting pitcher Max Scherzer allowed two hits while striking out seven across four scoreless innings on Monday against the Cardinals. After getting a late start to the spring due to a left ankle sprain, Scherzer has looked like the elite fantasy pitcher managers expect, allowing just two runs on three hits and two walks while striking out 14 in 8 2/3 innings. He is the 10th pitcher coming off draft boards with an ADP of 29, and this spring further solidifies his current draft position.
