Max Muncy Reaches Twice In Return To Action
2 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers infielder Max Muncy went 0-for-3 in Monday's 13-4 blowout win over the Colorado Rockies, but he walked twice and scored a run. It was the 32-year-old's first game back since he dealt with a groin ailment which kept him out for just one game. Muncy hasn't had the start to the season that he's wanted thus far, hitting .063 with no extra-base hits and nine strikeouts over 19 plate appearances. He's looking to bounce back after posting a .713 OPS in 2022, the lowest as a member of the Dodgers. Fantasy managers still need to give Muncy some time to get in a groove and hope he can recapture what has made him a .824 OPS hitter over his career.
