3 months agoLos Angeles Dodgers third baseman Max Muncy (oblique) is expected to be activated off the injured list ahead of Monday's game against the Seattle Mariners. This is a welcoming sight for the Dodgers who could use a boost of offense with Freddie Freeman (finger) being sidelined right now. It's worth noting that Muncy took grounders at first base ahead of Sunday's game against the St. Louis Cardinals. The 33-year-old primarily plays third base but he could see some action at first base until Freeman returns. Muncy is slashing .223/.323/.475 with nine homers and 28 RBI in 40 games this season.
