Max Kepler Exits Game Wednesday With Upper Chest Soreness
5 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Max Kepler (chest) left Wednesday night's game against the Red Sox early due to upper chest soreness, according to Dan Hayes of The Athletic. Kepler had been 0-for-2 with a walk and two strikeouts when he was replaced by Ian Miller. Hayes reports that Kepler was removed as a precaution during the seventh inning, and he says the team also chose to make the move with the Twins losing 6-2 at the time. Kepler is reported to be day-to-day at this point, and owners should monitor his status for Thursday.
