Max Homa Playing Well Heading To Charles Schwab Classic
3 years agoMax Homa was again right in it until almost the end on Sunday at the PGA Championship. What do we mean? He shot right at even par which was a good score on a very difficult Southern Hills course. With the winds and changeable conditions, the American golfer was able to make enough putts to come close to a top-ten result. In the end, he wound up tied for 13th. Aside from the final round at the Zurich Open, Homa has put together 11 solid rounds out of his last 12. That has been enough to win one tournament (Wells Fargo) and contend in two others. Homa looks far better than he did last month at The Masters.
