Max Duggan Rejoins Chargers On Practice Squad
1 year agoLos Angeles Chargers rookie quarterback Max Duggan didn't win the No. 2 quarterback job for the organization this offseason and was released as the team cut down to 53-man rosters on Tuesday. However, Duggan signed with the Chargers to join its practice squad on Wednesday. Duggan had a spectacular final season at TCU, leading the Horned Frogs to the College Football Playoff National Championship Game. He threw for 3,698 yards, 32 touchdowns, and eight interceptions and was named a second-team All-American. Still, he fell to the seventh round of the 2023 NFL Draft and likely won't enter the fantasy radar anytime soon.
