8 hours agoFlorida Panthers winger Matthew Tkachuk (lower body) will miss Saturday's matchup against the Seattle Kraken. The star winger sustained a lower-body injury during the 4 Nations Face-Off and will be sidelined for at least one game. Tkachuk's first opportunity to return will be on Tuesday against the Nashville Predators. With Tkachuk out of the lineup, Mackie Samoskevich will start Saturday's contest in the top six, skating alongside Sam Bennett and Evan Rodrigues. Samoskevich has played well at times, amassing 17 points (eight goals, nine assists) in 48 games during his rookie year.
