Matthew Stafford To Get X-Rays On His Thumb
4 years agoDetroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford (thumb) injured his right thumb in the second half of the team's Week 10 game over the Washington Football Team. However, he was able to stay in the game and help lead the team to victory. Shortly after the game, it was announced that Stafford would get X-Rays on his thumb. The fact that the injury is on Stafford's throwing hand is a bit concerning, but it's a good sign that he was able to stay in the game after the injury. Stafford threw for 276 yards and three touchdowns in Week 10 and didn't have a single turnover.
