According to Darren Dreger of TSN, Toronto Maple Leafs left wing Matthew Knies (upper body) is hoping to return to action on Saturday against the Edmonton Oilers. Knies sustained this injury on January 22 during their game against the Columbus Blue Jackets. Knies sat out on Saturday against the Ottawa Senators and will now miss his second-straight contest on Wednesday evening against the Minnesota Wild. Before his injury, Knies tallied 12 points (seven goals, five assists) over his previous 10 contests. During this stretch, he has held a +2 rating while totaling 33 hits and eight blocked shots. While sidelined this evening, fantasy managers should expect Bobby McMann to continue to operate as the top left wing alongside Auston Matthews and Mitch Marner.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller
