1 year agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Matt Wallner continued his hot stretch by going 1-for-4 with a two-run walk-off homer on Sunday, ending a 5-3 win over the Arizona Diamondbacks. Wallner has been on a tear since July 23, slashing .268/.362/.707 with five homers, 10 runs, and 10 RBI in 41 AB. The rookie still strikes out too much, but he can draw a walk and has some pop in his bat, making him an intriguing player. He should continue getting everyday at-bats if he keeps on hitting, so he is worth a look in deeper leagues.--Matt Garon - RotoBaller
