Matt LaCosse Retires
2 years agoFormer New England Patriots, Denver Broncos and New York Giants tight end Matt LaCosse announced his retirement from football on Tuesday. LaCosse began his career in 2015 with the Giants after being an undrafted free agent out of Illinois. He spent last season with the Patriots, mostly on their practice squad, where he didn't see a single target in just one game played. In five NFL seasons played, the 29-year-old had just 40 receptions for 403 yards and two touchdowns on 60 targets in 34 games (14 starts).
