7 years agoTampa Bay Rays third baseman Matt Duffy (hamstring) hit some soft toss and threw some Friday. He is currently on the 10-day disabled list with a hamstring issue. While he is out, Daniel Robertson will see most of the starts at third base. The main negative of Duffy's season so far is the fact that he is not drawing walks. In his last healthy season in 2015, he batted .295 with 12 home runs and 12 stolen bases. Duffy's floor is fairly solid as long as he stays healthy. Duffy just turned 27 years old as the 2018 season started and should be owned in deeper leagues, especially in AL-only formats.--Jamie Mellor
