2 years agoSan Francisco Giants outfielder Matt Beaty has been optioned to Triple-A Sacramento on Sunday. The Giants just acquired Beaty from the Royals for cash considerations and selected his contract back on March 30. He only logged a pair of plate appearances with the big league club before getting sent back down to Triple-A. Former top-prospect Heliot Ramos has been recalled in a corresponding move.--Jon Mathisen - RotoBaller
