Mateusz Gamrot (24-2) is set to take on Dan Hooker on the main card of UFC 305 in Perth, Australia. Gamrot is coming off a decision win over former champion Rafael dos Anjos back in March and enters this bout as a sizeable favorite as DraftKings has him at a salary of $9,300. In the UFC, Gamrot is 7-2 with four wins by stoppage, while both of his losses came by decision. If Gamrot can get past Hooker he would put himself in the title conversation at lightweight.

Mateusz Gamrot has now won back-to-back fights after dropping a decision to Beneil Dariush at UFC 280. Unfortunately, it wasn't exactly a clean win, as Rafael Fiziev's knee gave out in the second round and ensured that he was unable to continue. Gamrot and Fiziev put on a great first round as Fiziev's combinations landed from body to head while Gamrot was relentless with his takedown attempts. In 7:03 of action, Gamrot landed a takedown and 16 significant strikes.
