Masataka Yoshida Blasts Two Homers
2 years agoBoston Red Sox outfielder Masataka Yoshida showed off his power during Sunday's game against the Texas Rangers. The 29-year-old has been hitting the ball on the ground a ton early in the season, but showed what he can do when he lifts the ball in the air. Yoshida hit a solo shot and a grand slam in what was a nine-run eighth inning for the Red Sox. He became the first Red Sox player since David Ortiz to hit two home runs in the same inning. Hopefully, this is a sign of good things to come for the 29-year-old slugger.
