7 years agoThe Miami Marlins activated third baseman Martin Prado (knee) off the disabled list on Friday and optioned starting pitcher Trevor Richards to Triple-A New Orleans in a corresponding move. Prado will be making his debut for the Fish this weekend. He hit just .250 with two homers and 12 RBI in just 37 games due to injury last year. The 34-year-old veteran can supply a high average but not much else for fantasy owners. He hasn't supplied double-digit home runs since 2014. Richards was expendable with Dan Straily and Wei-Yin Chen returning from injury this weekend.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
