Cleveland Browns wide receiver Marquise Goodwin (concussion) did not practice on Wednesday as he is in concussion protocol. The veteran wide receiver suffered a concussion in the Browns' Week 9 win over the Arizona Cardinals and most likely won't suit up in Week 10 against the Ravens. Rookie Cedric Tillman should slot in behind Amari Cooper and Elijah Moore on the Cleveland wide receiver pecking order on Sunday but he doesn't offer much upside in a difficult matchup.--Jon Mathisen - RotoBaller

1 year agoCleveland Browns wide receiver Marquise Goodwin (knee) was limited in practice for the second straight day on Wednesday. A full practice on Thursday would put Goodwin on track to play on Saturday in the wild-card playoff contest against the Houston Texans after he was held out of action in the Week 18 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. It looks like Amari Cooper (heel) will play for the Browns on wild-card weekend, but rookie Cedric Tillman (concussion) could be out. Even if Tillman is inactive on Saturday, Goodwin faces an uphill battle for much playing time and would be the No. 4 behind Cooper, Elijah Moore and David Bell. Goodwin has been a fantasy afterthought in his first year in Cleveland, catching just four passes for 67 yards and carrying the ball four times for 33 yards in 12 games.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller

1 year agoCleveland Browns wide receiver Marquise Goodwin (knee) was listed as limited for the team's first practice session of the week on Tuesday. The Browns gave Goodwin the week off for a meaningless Week 18 regular season finale against the Cincinnati Bengals. A limited tag to begin the week suggests that the 33-year-old should be active for the first playoff game of wild-card weekend this Saturday against the Houston Texans. Even if Amari Cooper (heel) misses his third straight game, it will be hard to recommend Goodwin to fantasy managers after he caught just four passes all year for 67 yards in 12 games in his first year with the Browns. If Cooper is out on Saturday, Elijah Moore, rookie Cedric Tillman (concussion) and David Bell would all be better DFS dart throws than Goodwin.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller

1 year agoCleveland Browns wide receiver Marquise Goodwin (knee) is officially inactive for the Week 18 regular season finale against the Cincinnati Bengals, while Elijah Moore (concussion) is active on Sunday. Both players came into the season finale as questionable to play. Moore suffered a concussion in last Thursday's win over the New York Jets but was able to clear the concussion protocols. The Browns are already locked into the No. 5 seed in the AFC for the postseason, so even though Moore is officially active for this one, there's a good chance he won't play the entire game, especially coming off a head injury just last week. Top wideout Amari Cooper (heel) will miss a second straight game as well, so fantasy managers should expect rookie Cedric Tillman and David Bell to get more playing time on Sunday with quarterback Jeff Driskel leading Cleveland's offense.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller

1 year agoCleveland Browns wide receivers Elijah Moore (concussion) and Marquise Goodwin (knee) are both listed as questionable to play on Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals. Amari Cooper (heel) has been ruled out for the second straight game. The Browns are locked into the No. 5 seed in the AFC for the postseason, so Moore and Goodwin probably won't play all that much if they are actually active on Sunday morning. Moore suffered a concussion in last Thursday's win over the New York Jets, while Goodwin popped up on this week's injury report on Thursday. Fantasy managers in season-long leagues or DFS contests would be wise to stay away from Moore. Expect rookie Cedric Tillman, David Bell and James Proche II to get a lot of playing time this weekend as the Browns play out the string of the regular season.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
