Markelle Fultz Still Out On Sunday
1 year agoOrlando Magic guard Markelle Fultz (knee) won't play in Sunday's matchup with the Indiana Pacers. The 25-year-old has played well enough during the 2023-24 campaign, averaging 11.4 points, 4.0 assists, and 1.2 steals. He's also shot 75.0% from the charity stripe, an area of concern earlier in his career. But Fultz is plagued by a left knee issue, keeping him out of the lineup for Orlando's last four games (and seven of his last eight). Nonetheless, Jalen Suggs (knee), who is probable, should replace Fultz at the one. In addition, 2023 No. 6 overall pick Anthony Black, averaging 6.5 points, 2.5 assists, and 2.0 rebounds while shooting 50.0% from deep in six starts this season, should remain with the first five.
