5 years agoBaltimore Orioles outfielder Mark Trumbo (knee) said he'll start a rehab assignment with Double-A Bowie on Tuesday. The hope is that his surgically repaired right knee responds well enough for him to be re-evaluated in mid-June. Trumbo hasn't had any pain in his knee while at extended spring training, so that's a good sign. Those in deeper mixed leagues in need of some pop in their lineups might want to keep an eye on Trumbo as he nears a return to the big leagues. He won't hit for much average, but don't forget that he clubbed 47 home runs just a few seasons ago.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
