Winnipeg Jets center Mark Scheifele entered Friday night's game against New Jersey with just two goals in 16 games. He scored three times and added an assist in the 8-4 win. Scheifele opened the scoring just 1:52 in. Then, he struck again with just seconds left in the second period to make it 6-4 Winnipeg. Finally, his third goal came off a nice transition play from Blake Wheeler and Kyle Connor. Scheifele played nearly 20 minutes on Friday, had five shots on goal, and four scoring chances. The big night from the center propped his totals up to five goals and 12 points on the season. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
