Baltimore Ravens running back Mark Ingram is fully prepared to carry the load this season. Ingram is 29 years old and may be the oldest starting running back in the league in 2019. "I feel like my best football is still ahead of me," he told ESPN.com. The eight-season veteran is low on mileage as he's never ranked in the top-10 in rush attempts in his career. He will continue to share the ball this season with running backs Justice Hill and Gus Edwards. Baltimore has a favorable matchup on the ground in Week one against Miami. The Dolphins Defense allowed the second-most rushing yards in the league (2,325) and gave up an unimpressive 4.47 yards per carry to opposing backs in 2018. Ingram is a high-end RB2 with low-end RB1 potential against a young and porous Miami defense.--Matt Kim
