Marcus Semien Hits Two Homers Thursday
2 years agoTexas Rangers second baseman Marcus Semien went 2-for-5 with two home runs, four RBI, two runs scored and two strikeouts in Thursday's 10-9 loss to the Seattle Mariners. Thursday's game featured an offensive explosion from both teams, and Semien was right in the thick of it. The 32-year-old power-hitting second baseman is now hitting .255/.311/.444 with 26 home runs, 82 RBI, 99 runs scored and 24 stolen bases in his 628 at-bats in his first year for the Rangers. It's a drop after he hit a record-breaking 45 home runs and drove in 102 runs in 2021 in his final year with the Blue Jays, but his production this year has still been solid for fantasy managers. Hopefully he'll finish off his 2022 campaign strong for his fantasy managers.
